Money Back Guarantee

A. proudly offers “15-Days Money Back Guarantee” for Shared, Reseller and Master Reseller Hosting Plans if we failed to provide services as promised. This guarantee allows customers to purchase web hosting services with full confidence and zero-risk.

B. If you are not satisfied with our services within first 15 days from sign-up date and your payment complies with all terms of the refund policy, we will issue a refund after deducting the payment paid for bank/payment gateway fee, domain name fee, script installation fee, SSL certificate fee or other fee that are outside the packages.
No money back/refund after 15 days money back guarantee.

C. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund.

D. We will not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.
E. There are no refunds on Dedicated Servers, VPS, cloud servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software/scripts, domain name purchases, IP adresses, SSL certificate purchases and customized orders.

F. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is to protect our money-back guarantee from being abused.

G. Only first will be eligible for “15-Days Money Back Guarantee”, renewal payment will not be eligible for refund under “15-Day Money Back Guarantee” even paid within the 15-Days Money Back Guarantee period.

H. Special Offers are non refundable unless otherwise asked.

I. The fifteen (15) days money back guarantee is not valid upon any terms of service or acceptable use policy violations. Terminated accounts are not eligible for Money Back Guarantee if the termination occurred due to a violation of TOS.

J. Please read the specification of plan carefully before order specially which control panel included in your hosting plan. If you have a requirement of specific control panel, please contact support before order. You cannot claim “15-Days Money Back Guarantee” for the requirement of specific web hosting control panel.

K. You can not claim “15-Days Money Back Guarantee” for the “order by mistake”. If you have made a mistake with your order, and want to cancel the order, reserve the right to deny your claim or charge service fee for such order.

L. Using free migration service will void your money back guarantee unless otherwise asked.

Uptime Guarantee Policy guarantees a 99.9% network uptime. If in any given month we fail to meet this guarantee our customer is eligible for a credit on their current hosting account.
If your shared or reseller server has a downtime that falls short of our 99.9% uptime guarantee, you may receive one month of credit on your account
Please note that scheduled downtime or planned maintenance is not counted as “real downtime” and you will not get a credit for it.
The 3rd party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor’s network capacity/transit availability.
Dedicated servers and VPS are covered by a 99.9% network uptime guarantee in which the credit is prorated for the amount of time the server is down due to network issue cause by us.
The downtime due to internal VPS/dedicated server issue is not counted as “real downtime” and you will not get a credit for it. The credit will only be deposited into the customers billing account/client area. Credit to your account will be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of downtime. There will be no refund against uptime guarantee policy.

Request A Refund with the 15 Days Money Back Guarantee

To get the refund, customer must submit online request to CANCEL their service by opening ticket with billing department or by using cancellation request link in the client area.
The paid amount will be refunded within 7 days after receiving cancellation request.
In order to get a service credit against uptime guarantee policy, you will need to open a ticket with billing department and claim the downtime by including logs and other details you feel relevant.
The credit will be applied to your account within 7 days after your claim is approved.

Abuse of Money Back Guarantee

The money-back guarantee allows customers to purchase hosting’s services with full confidence and zero-risk but some people abuse the money-back guarantee policy. The money-back guarantee does not apply if you use the service to test your program/script and cancel when you are done testing. We reserve the right to charge 25% of the paid amount or $10 the service charges if they failed to provide valid reason.

The may charge service fee if you have ordered my mistake. retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
